In this design, I waned to convey the fluid strength of a tree that reaches toward the heavens above while remaining strongly rooted in the earth below. It was created with hand dyed fabrics and my original bias applique technique. It is machine quilted. Materials: fabric, thread, bias strips and batting.
Reaching measures 29.5" wide and is 46" high.
