After approximately five years, the American galleries have now been fully reinstalled—many works on display have either never been seen or have not been seen in quite some time. In On View! American Highlights from the San Diego Museum of Art, Regina will share recent changes and additions to the galleries. Comprised of star pieces, fan favorites, new loans, and works pulled from the vaults, On View!will provide a glimpse of what’s in store on your next visit to the San Diego Museum of Art. On View! will also provide information on recently installed temporary rotations that are now on view in galleries 6 and 12—American Still Life Modernsand Abstract Revolution: Women Who Empowered a Movement, respectively.
There is no charge, however reservations are required.
Please RSVP to Angelika Villagrana, (619) 222-1034 or gelikavillagrana@gmail.com
