Artists Guild and Liberty Station artists are encouraged to bring artwork to present to the audience during the first hour. This is an excellent opportunity to network with other artists and view each other’s works.

Subject: How to illustrate Children’s Books
Kathleen holds a BFA in painting and printmaking from the University of Georgia and an MFA in Film Studies from National University. For many years, she served as an adjunct professor of art at Southwestern College and Miramar College, where she taught printmaking, drawing, art appreciation, design, introduction to film and American cinema. She has illustrated over 50 books for children and recently completed a musical alphabet book for young readers. Kathleen has exhibited her work in numerous exhibitions, including the annual 7 Printmakersexhibition at Gallery 21for the past seven years.
