Artist's Bio
Originally from the Midwest, I have lived in Southern California since 1991. Surviving a rare illness in 2005, I began taking art classes at a local community college as a hobby. I received an associates degree in photography and am now taking advanced painting classes. I am a member of the San Diego Art Institute. All my oil paintings are signed and dated on the back. Shipping fees for the U.S. include packaging, insurance, and the shipping costs.
Artist's Statement
I enjoy oil painting, and focus primarily on nature and abstract work. I like to use vibrant colors, elements in design, and color theory in my paintings. Many of my inspirations come from my photographs that I have taken in the past.
