First Maidy Morhous

Shipped by Nippon Express, three bronze sculptures to be dedicated on 3/11/2013 by the International relations Council, Riverside, CA and the artist to the people of Japan on the third Anniversary of The Great Tohoku Earthquake/Tsunami  arrived safely in Sendai, Japan. A blog was immediately posted by the Japanese International Relations Council:

UPDATE: Sculptures have arrived in one piece and are now on display at the offices of  "Midorino Yakata Kaiga wo Tanoshimu Kai", and the first display is going to be at the Sister Cities Corner of SIRA (Sendai International Relations Association).  The dedication day will be March 8, Friday afternoon.
