Free Lunch in Senegal

Mother and child is one of my favorite images. I’ve painted mother and child of different cultures.  This watercolor was painted in Dakar, Senegal , when I was visiting briefly during a cruise a couple of years ago. Senegal is an extremely interesting country, where women wear intensely colored clothes. They go about their business with beauty and elegance. Contemporary wood frame.
